| | Biography:
'Its all a matter of how you see things'
Barb paints from her studio in the depths of Ohoka, Waimakariri.
Painting, gardening and creating take up the slack in her life.
Her first solo exhibition was in 2001 and since then she has exhibited frequently. Barb’s paintings and headbblocks are held in private collections both nationally and internationally.
The figurative has always been the focus of Barb’s work, combining social and political commentary in her compositions. Sometimes serious sometimes not. Barb has not been institutionalised.
